Our Story
Born from a Simple Question
“What's it really like to live in this estate?” That's the question we kept hearing from friends, family, and colleagues across Lagos — and nobody had a reliable answer.
Before Mastermind Properties, finding honest information about an estate meant trusting word-of-mouth from agents (who have obvious incentives) or random social media posts (that lack structure and verification).
We created Mastermind Properties to fill this gap. By combining professional editorial research with anonymous resident ratings, we provide the most transparent, structured view of estate living conditions anywhere in Nigeria.
Every estate on our platform is rated across 10 critical categories: electricity, water, security, road access, noise, drainage, cleanliness, estate management, internet, and overall experience. No estate pays to be listed. No rating is inflated.
