Before you book

Is an inspection request an appointment confirmation?

No. Your request enters the listing team’s queue. Access, timing, meeting details, and the final inspection format must be confirmed before you travel or make arrangements.

Can I request a hybrid inspection from outside Nigeria?

Yes. When hybrid inspection is enabled on a listing, you can request a preferred time and describe the checks you want the on-site guide to perform.

Does every listing have a measured 3D tour?

No. Each listing shows its supported formats. An illustrative demo is labelled as a demo and should not be treated as a measured representation of that property.

Does this replace professional due diligence?

No. The inspection suite supports discovery and coordination. Legal title checks, surveys, valuations, and structural inspections still require the appropriate independent professionals.
