Mastermind Properties collects the information you provide in property inquiries, estate requests, contact messages, inspection bookings, and staff accounts so the relevant workflow can be completed.

Ratings and abuse prevention

Ratings are public only in aggregate. We retain minimized, hashed network and device signals to enforce submission limits and protect rating quality. Raw rating records and internal notes are restricted to authorized staff.

Uploads and operational records

Estate-request images are stored in controlled object storage and remain subject to moderation. Inspection requests, inquiries, reports, and staff audit records are retained for operations, safety, and accountability.

Sharing and access

Information is not sold. It may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to operate the service. Authorized staff can access operational records according to their role.

Your choices

Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Some security and audit records may be retained where necessary to protect the service.
