Mastermind Properties provides property discovery, editorial estate intelligence, resident rating aggregates, and inspection coordination. Content is informational and does not replace legal, structural, valuation, title, or financial due diligence.

Listings and estate information

Availability, prices, amenities, and conditions can change. Users should independently verify material facts before making a payment or commitment. Demo spatial experiences are labelled and are not measured representations of a listing.

Inspections

An inspection submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Access, timing, and the inspection format must be confirmed by the listing team. A guided check does not constitute a professional engineering or legal inspection.

Community submissions

Users must submit lawful, relevant, and honest information and must have permission to upload images. We may moderate, reject, flag, or remove abusive, misleading, duplicate, or unsafe content.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access staff systems without authorization, scrape private records, impersonate others, or interfere with service operation.
